曾經作為羽毛球運動員,十五歲時取得澳門羽毛球公開賽冠軍,因此了解成為冠軍背後所付出的努力、堅持和辛酸,以及要面對的心理壓力。

I was a Badminton player, and got Macau Badminton Open Champion when I was 15.  I know how much effort, persistence, strength is needed, and the sore and stress that a Champion has.

近年的瑜伽練習,讓我對身心靈健康認識多一點點,有另一番體會。

My yoga practice these years makes me understand more about holistic wellness.

 

這次和父親(連續十屆澳門羽毛球冠軍得主)合作,整合我對瑜伽和羽毛球的理解,為新一代運動員設計了羽毛球瑜伽,以瑜伽式子輔助提升力量、柔韌度等體能素質,亦有練習平衡、專注等心理層面,加入團體遊戲、羽毛球歷史及冷知識,學習放鬆及面對比賽壓力,以及探討如何避免受傷及受傷後的療癒等問題。

Collaborated with my father, Macau Badminton Open Champion for consecutive 10 years, integrated my understanding in Badminton and Yoga, I designed Yoga Class for Badminton Players, increase badminton players’ strength and flexibility, also work on concentration and calm the mind, with games, introduced Badminton history, learn how to deal with stress in competition, and discussed injury prevention and how to take care ourselves if we are injured.
