禪修和瑜伽可以如何結合

一直是我感興趣的課題

 

I got a chance earlier to participate in a ZenYoga Workshop led by Teacher Zarko Andricevic, Dharma heir of Master Sheng Yen.

日前有幸參與由聖嚴師父法子 Teacher Zarko Andricevic 帶領的禪瑜伽活動

 

Teacher Zarko mentioned that at the very beginning, there was only one posture in yoga, that is Lotus Pose, for meditation.  And the 3 principles in ZenYoga are: 1. Bring body in harmony.  2. Bring breath in harmony.  3. Bring mind in harmony.

活動上,Teacher Zarko 介紹了瑜伽初始的時候只有一個式子,就是雙盤坐,用來打坐。而禪瑜伽的三個原則,是調身、調息、調心。

 

After the ZenYoga practice, I was luckily invited to have a tea at The Tea Room. 

禪瑜伽活動後,幸運地獲邀至茶室喝茶。
